I'd have to think about it a while, but one that springs to mind as
being bad was one about Apollo 13 that was made many years ago.
Probably a TV movie, but I can't remember the name. Anyhow, it was
almost entirely about (fictional) personal problems in the lives of
flight controllers during the Apollo 13 crisis.

It was titled "Houston, We Have A Problem." It was execrable.
