of Einstein's postulate, then read the conclusion
of Sagnac's 1913 paper.

The difficulty for Henri is that, if it isn't freely available on the
web, then he's not interested. Henri wants to revolutionize physics,
but if it means raising his rear far enough from his chair to pluck
out his wallet, then it's not worth it to him.

Is it offensive that Henri imagines he *can* revolutionize physics
simply by sitting in his chair and musing, with zero investment? Yes,
of course.
