Problem is that every human culture has had wildly different ideas of
what "normal" and "abnormal" is.
To the Mayans, tearing people's hearts out to prevent Venus from
destroying the world seemed like a perfectly normal and rational thing
to do.
On the upside, they never had to deal with day-by-day rumors about Paris
Hilton and Britney Spears getting it on in a bathroom.
