This site is better for predicting shuttle sightings since it uses NASA's
ephemerides and therefore incorporates the effects of future maneuvers:

NASA may know better where the Shuttle and Station are at any given
moment, but they're not so reliable on terrestrial locations.

Until recently, they had Ascension Island and Gibraltar on the England
page; as of last week, they still had Dunfermline on the England page.

One hopes they've a better idea of where Transatlantic Abort landing
sites are.
