I'm getting it on a fair broadcast signal, so I missed that one. I'm looking
forward to seeing these on DVD, since so far it seems like a lot of effort
for so little return.
They also redid the visual effect of the Horta tunneling into the
chamber where Kirk and Spock are.
It was a definite improvement. Not exciting, but better.
The space sequences in "I, Mudd" are *vastly* improved. Is Norman's
internal
mechanism improved as well? ISTR some flashing lights instead of moving
parts.
Well, the "Enterprise Changing Course" visual effect was absolutely
horrible, almost as though the staff got half-way through rendering it
and then ran out of time. If there was any surface detail on the hull,
I didn't see it.
Looked like they used an unpainted AMT model to me.
