How does this change if your only return criteria is to hit a reentry
corridor with particularly caring where you come down? (Emergency
recovery forces have three days to deploy, vice the hours which forces
location constraints on LEO emergency deorbits.)

Is the difficulty orbital mechanics, or fuel?
