I. don't know; are they figuring out a way to miniaturize troops and want
them to practice on the terrain they are going to invade while being only
a few millimeters in height, so they are ready to go again once they
return to normal size? :-)

If it is for aircraft orientation training, I wonder if the Chinese might
have used Google Earth for the same purpose -- at much less expense!
