nearly two in ten Canadians are - but
one in ten USA residents - and one in nine
residents of France.

A minor correction: I should have written:

That is, according to the sources quoted in my posting.

Note, however, that many of France's immigrants come from
Moslem and African nations with fertility higher
than US immigration sources.
