Thanks for posting this, Ken. I think this post represents the views
of a significant number of soc.men posters - probably most of the
men's rights supporters - and is useful for outsiders to understand
the dynamics of the soc.men.

What we have is a cluster of useless punks from AUK who have declared a
"holy war" on soc.men. Their posts are the equivalent of the ied's the
troops are facing in Iraq. Usenet's equivalent of roadside bombs. With
EXACTLY the same kind of morality behind it. A warped "HOLY WAR" (read as
FATWAH) issued in AUK for all who dare challenge the great collective mind
of AUK. Listen to Ratz he believe HE should crown the moderator of the group
THEY want to form and HE or his cronies will decide what can be discussed.
It's the same old tired censorship **** we hear again and again. The folks
from AUK are in effect mental children and prove what the new ideas of not
disciplining children produce. Jesus these cretins show that their mothers
should have taken parenting courses on how to blister their asses when they
were little. They are a grand display of sociopath.

You know I confront the no-spanking crowd almost on a daily basis. I try
to point out to them the statistics on the growing numbers of people today
testing for sociopath. (Lack of empathy or conscience.) I am not sure we
could prove causal links, but certainly it seems to track that as the "NEVER
SPANK" idea became more pervasive the incidence of sociopath shot up in near
direct proportions. There is a prevailing theory among some psychologists
that conscience is natural in many children, in others it is a "learned"
thing. In that case "KNOWLEDGE" goes from the ASS up! Some kids have to
LEARN that deliberately hurting other people will result in pain to
themselves. I have seen many totally confused kids that have done crimes -
when they are finally sent to prison - are bewildered that they are being
punished for the first time. My point is that the AUK folks really missed
that part of their education. It's also a problem on the net with all the
anonymity it affords. Anonymity breeds reprehensible behavior not nobility.

INTEND to belittle others actually accomplish that end. PROVE that they are
better than everyone else. They never look at what they DO.......... Now
RATZ claims to be Italian and presumably Catholic. I'd challenge him to sit
down with a priest and confide in the priest the things he has been doing
here. I'd challenge him to tell us his penance... Bet he won't.

Over the past 10 years there have been many efforts to "close down" this
newsgroup. It's come from feminist reactionaries, like Stacy Alexander and
Barbara Amero, from the David Moore and Turin's , it has come from male
feminists, and from anonymous turdbombs. The AUK FATWAH is only the latest
guerilla warfare this group has had to endure. A word of WARNING - a
moderated group poses a danger. That is it is only as long as you have
somebody who is on the side of men - BUT history teaches us that will not
last. One way or another those TOTALLY HOSTILE to free discussion of men's
issues as WE see them will come under attack. It has happened to the men's
forum on CompuServe where radical feminists managed to get Jack Kammer
tossed out and one of their own took over. In just a couple months the group
closed as SHE prohibited ANY discussion of men's issues and it became a
forum that demanded that the men accept being berated by ANGRY
women............And no speaking back to mommy! It happened on Relaynet
where feminists demanded censorship. It happened on Fido, it has happened
anywhere where the forums have been allowed to be moderated. They just take
over and CONTROL the discussions and only THEIR viewpoint is allowed.

As much as I find Ms. Hemingway (Now known as Hyerdal) a completely
disgusting and repulsive individual - her contributions here are important
for this group to show what we are defending against. So too in a way the
FATWAH by the AUK crowd also demonstrate why we need FREE discussion. Men
need a place where their anger can be vented and turned to something
positive.



I really had no idea AUK (especially me) were such a well oiled
machine of usenet doom and destruction.
