MOSCOW, March 22 (Itar-Tass) - Specialists began the assembly of a
Proton-K booster rocket and its cone consisting of a propulsion unit
and a military Kosmos satellite at the Baikonur cosmodrome on Monday.

The launch is scheduled for March 27, a Baikonur spokesman told
Itar-Tass.

The assembly operations are to be completed on Tuesday.

A government commission will make a decision on taking Proton on the
