There was a time when I worked on my own cars, but I gave it up
somewhere along the way. When I was having battery problems, I had a
hard time finding my tools. The bolts on even American cars nowadays
are in metric sizes. Isn't that a kick? I never liked the metric
system because the number 10 has no mathematical significance other
that it represents the number of fingers on your hands. The English
system with its binary based subdivision of units makes much more sense
to somebody like me who was involved with computers for many years.


I don't like driving on holiday weekends. Took the van
and that saved a lot of bucks.


Just like back in your hippy days, huh? We had a name for those sleep
in vans!


Motels would not let Rudy in,and she is
to attached to me to leave her in a kennel for a week. I don't think
old people like me should have a young dog. Bert


Old dogs suffer from the same problems as old people. (Need Depends!)
