Bert,

Why are you giving up on the MSP? Have you given up on life? As long
as you're here, why not stay on the young side? Maybe you will get the
Nobel for proving the effectiveness of MSP!

My father had the happiest days of his life when he was in his
seventies. He didn't have to work anymore, he had a new wife, and for
the first time in his life, he had lots of friends. He did a lot of
travelling and had a lot of fun.

Even my grandfather when I visited him at 96 in the rest home, still
had a good attitude. He was still very popular with the ladies there.
They voted him their favorite valentine, or something like that.

A couple years ago, my stepson's father-in-law who was over 90, went
with them to France so he could revisit the beach that he had landed on
during WWII. He's still going strong to this day.

If they could do all that and enjoy life even without MSP, then think
how much you might enjoy the years ahead with it! I saw one of the
women on the news that had survived the San Francisco earthquake of
1906. I think they said she is 111. I never would have guessed by
looking at her that she was that old. Keeping your body from aging is
the main thing. If you can keep your body from aging, it doesn't
matter what the calendar says about your age.

Go back to the MSP regimen if it was working for you. Don't give up.
