Venus and Uranus will be very close to each other on Tuesday morning.
Looks like the separation will be less than 20'. HNSky says Venus will
be mag -4.1 and Uranus mag 5.9. Quite a difference in brightness!

For once the skies are supposed to be clear here when something cool is
happening, and better yet, I don't have to go to work. So I'm planning
to get up and try to see this with both my binos and refractor. Venus'll
be easy, it's a tossup given my ridiculously light polluted skies, but
the proximity should help.


I dropped an entire planet from the above. It's Uranus that'll be the
tossup to find.


I was able to find it, very faint below Venus. I was not able to eyeball
it, as it was morning twilight here.
