I believe another serious foam loss flight will end the program, if for
no other reason than running out of time to fix it. now tanking test
will likely make foam loss worse...

another sensor trouble isnt a program ender unless it causes a
accident. sensor failure in flight can cause premature engine shutdown
or engine detonation and explosion if the engine ran dry, say because
of fuel leak.

sadly the shuttle has too many ways to get dead...
