Default John Kerry Rightly Rejects Moon Stunt and Mars Hot Air

In article . net,
says...
"What we need to do as we enter this dawn of the 21st century, is not talk
about going to the Moon or even to Mars. We need to go to the Moon right
here on Earth by creating the jobs, building the high value-added jobs of
the future, making clear that no young American in uniform ever ought to be
held hostage to America's dependence on oil in the Middle East," he said.

Yep, renewable energy is one of the most vital things we could develop
but Bush's criminal level of corruption and influence peddling with
Halliburton and the oil industry prevents him from acting in the best
interests of this country. Renewable energy development is a matter of
national defense, but as usual, Bush has sold us down the river on it.

A vote for Kerry appears to be a vote to keep Western Civilization planet
bound and to yield the future to the Chinese.

You're full of ****. Bush is proposing nothing but unfunded or
underfunded stunts that are complete afterthoughs. Bush has promised to
do everything in the world but he has virtually never followed through,
be adequate education funding, promised levels of AIDS research, serious
fuel cell research, or even giving proper attention to homeland security.
We will go to other planets when the appropriate, economical technology
has been developed and not before. Morons, like yourself, who think that
we can go before we are ready simply don't grasp reality. But then
you're just a poorly educated, racist repug asswipe anyway, so that's not
surprising. Kerry will be the next president and I hope George W. Bush
rots in prison for the rest of his miserable life.

"It is fashionable to wax apocalyptic about the
threat to humanity posed by the AIDS virus, 'mad cow'
disease, and many others, but I think a case can be
made that faith is one of the world's great evils,
comparable to the smallpox virus but harder to
eradicate." -- Richard Dawkins
