FLOOD WARNING for CALIFORNIA

In the state where they used to say, "It never rains," continuing
torrential downpours have put almost the entire area between San
Franciso and Los Angeles on Flood Alert! Residents of the San Joaquin
Valley beware! South Bay, CA has boulders lying on coastal roadways,
washed down by the storms.

This may be the most rain they've had in California since the days of
Noah! Speaking of Noah, ... er ... NOAA, here are the official

Here in paradise its over 60 for the first time this year! I guess
that means that spring is finally here.
