Eclipse times in UK?

I understand that Turkish Summer Time matches the EU.
Take with you a watch or clock, not radio-controlled; before you go
(preferably, before today g), set it to UTC; don't adjust it. It'll
give a trustworthy indication of approximately what the UTC is; the
details of the minutes and seconds can be got from other standards.
