Default Arctic eclipse of Aug. 2008

This eclipse appears to be not doable. Grise fiord on Ellesmere Island

So what's not doable? Charter a plane! Also, the path seems to cross a
number of islands and even part of the mainland, no?

Doesn't matter to me. The word "arctic" eliminates me. I can't deal
with temperatures below about 95F in August.
