Possibly a Highland Park 12yo. Quite a light, inoffensive dram.
Or a Dalwhinnie 15yo. For some reaon I don't have Sir P. down as a
Laphroaig man, but I could be wrong.

I've a rather nice cask conditioned single malt which comes rarely (it's
58.5% abv) - I may be tempted with one later. Highland Parks not so bad
either ;-)
