Yes they are...
Close one is TYC2-1641-1 mag. +6.2. The one a bit further out is
TYC2-1154-1, mag +7.0.
At what phase would the moon's brightness make
them not show up in photographs?
I presume you mean at the expense of the lunar detail. It's possible
to pick up quite a few stars so long as the Moon's flare doesn't wash
them out.
