That is a mis-quote..

He said, "No man knows the day or hour."

NOT knowing the "Day" or "Hour" is no way the same as not knowing
"when."

Think about it:

Noah knew "when" even though he did not know the (exact time) day or
hour.

Moses generation knew when, even if they did not know the (exact time)
day
or
hour.

John the Baptist generation knew "when," they just did not know the
exact
time
(day or hour).

There are many prophecies of His coming which give times and days and
descriptions of events related to them.


As Paul said, "and so much more, as you see the day approaching"
Heb 10:25,

and

"But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake
