Any observations on the Starlooker Newtonians on sale on ebay at the
moment - someone's got several 4.5 / 6 / 8 inch models which look
good value to this novice eye.

Just wondering if there's a catch. ie states equatorial mount but
doesn't say eq-1 or whatever.

Would be used for planetary and a bit of deep space viewing. I did get
a Skywatcher-80 a while back, but was in such a rush that I bought the
tube without an equatorial mount as they didn't have them in stock at
the time. So I'm looking for an eq mount, and it seems you can get a
scope with an eq mount cheaper in some cases than an eq mount on its
own.
