Default Saturn last night

Hi Dylan

The DSI covers a similar field of view to a 6mm eyepiece. Try using a
Barlow with the DSI to bump things up a little. Your images are pretty
good with the DSI. I've always had a little difficulty with the DSI on
planets and stuck with the LPI that was given away with the LX90.

Regards

Chris

Thanks Chris, very useful info.

I may not have explained things too well, I'm not using a DSI (although I'm
considering one) but a Toucam2. The reference to DSI was when using the
program I linked too, as I beleive it has a similar sized CCD.

The next time Saturn appears (cloudy last night) I plan on using the 2.5x
powermate.

Cheers
