moon's rotation

Do we always see the same side of the moon, or does it slowly rotate
in relation to our view?
To me, it seems quite a cooincidence that the moon rotates perfectly
such that we see the same side constantly.

The ever so elusive Aliens who reside on the "Dark Side of the Moon" (still
the best album, ever) synchronized the moon so that we only see one side.
They built huge terminals to dock their spaceships on the dark side. There
is also a variety of Taco and Pizza joints there. Since it is so cold, their
preferred way of drinking beer is "warmed" to just above the solidifying
point of water (appr. 42F). The Rolling Stones are whisked there quite
often by the Aliens, which explains their wrinkled faces, i.e. prolonged
exposure to -280F. Mick says he's getting too old for that **** and wants
Pink Floyd to play the next moon-gig, after all, they immortalized the "Far
Side", as it was known to heathens and believers alike, by renaming it to
"The Dark Side", a term the Aliens still haven't quite come to terms with.
One of the Apollo astronauts orbiting in the docking module, reported seeing
shiny metallic flashes on the dark side scooting across the surface. Well,
those were Pizza delivery vehicles, made of polished Titanium.
Hope this answers your question.
