Sure there is. Any US assets you have are impounded; when you land, the
police are waiting to haul you off to jail, pending an extradition hearing
on charges of piracy.

Or, if the US were in the mood for it, commandos
and JDAMs. Not that I think that's likely, but it
does certaily fall under the "what could they do"
category.
