Actually if you had a moon tidal locked to a planet that was tidal
locked to its sun, you could have an interesting situation.

I have a hard time believing that this could occur. The moon couldn't
really be said to "orbit" it's planet, could it? It would really be more
like two nearby bodies co-orbiting their sun, and I'm betting that would be
an unstable configuration.
