The light VELOCiTY c is a MATHEMATiCAL constant, like pi.
But, you can ONLY see c is CONSTANT, in an EQUATiON, see.
The AMBiENT density CANNOT be addressed in GR-Tivity, so
c gets "PEGGED" (SUBsequent ERROR ..SPACEtime CURVATURE).
