I happen to agree that Venus is technically doable, especially by
sufficiently smart ETs that have been there and done that Venus thing
for decades if not centuries. However, The environment of Earth is not
so much under siege from the sun nearly as much as from our own kind.
There's far more destructive and thus negative energy within our
intellectual incest borg like arrogance, greed and bigotry to
accomplish of task of imploding mother Earth as far as humanity is
concerned.

Although, besides sol spitting nasty stuff at us, it seems that our
magnetosphere has also been dropping like yet another bloody rock but,
I believe it's got several hundred years before such allows the SAA to
touch down and summarily exterminate all known life within the SAA zone
of death for perhaps at least a surface coverage of 1e6 km2, plus
eventually making yet another area or extended radius of 10,000 km in
all directions into somewhat of a tenuous TBI form of a DMZ where
perhaps all of our undesirables could be forced to live.

2. Once solar flare activity reaches the half-way-to-earth distance, one
solar flare will burn off what's left of Earth's atmosphere instantaneously.
All breathable oxygen will be instantly gone. The oceans will turn to steam
and Earth will have an atmosphere roughly the equivalent of Venus.

OK, now I'm getting worried that your math is almost as bad as mine.
The solar flares are truly nasty and perhaps under the worse possible
situation capable of reaching half way towards Earth, although we're
still talking about hours at a time and certainly not any 24/7/52 sort
of gauntlet. However, the intensity of such nasty amounts of solar
energy is fortunately of what's primarily via solar polar zones that,
thank God, are not usually pointed at us. However, if the solar core
and of it's associated internal energy flux controlled surface managed
to rotated by 90 degrees, then we're in for a truly nasty time of it,
especially if Earth has to withstand the sorts of 1000~1500 km/s solar
winds plus whatever flak within. However, for the environmentally
polluted, LLPOF WMD and Muslim killing moment, it seems in spite of
ourselves we're holding our own.

As per Earth becoming Venus like; I believe that's not going to be
entirely possible, that is unless the geothermal and electromotive iron
core of Earth gets fired back up to steam, or rather up to venting the
necessary gigatonnes worth of CO2 and S8 per year, which would likely
take hundreds if not thousands of years in order to establish the
similar sorts of thick and nifty amounts of a clouded and thus
sufficiently solar reflective and radiation shielding form of an upper
atmosphere, thus giving humanity a viable timeline by which our next of
kin has an opportunity as to geneticy mutate while accomplishing
something in the way of applied technology that'll essentially save
their sorry butts and DNA/RNA within from getting TBI to death or from
just being summarily roasted. Of course the good side to all of this is
that folks should eventually have nearly the entire surface of Earth to
habitat upon, instead of the 15% or less of what we're stuck with.

By way of our going towards the sun, of getting humanity safely
situated upon Venus could become our salvation, especially if it turns
out that we don't actually have those thousands of transition years
upon Earth to work with. At least upon Venus the solar radiation that
reaches that surface isn't going to be nearly as bad off as upon Earth.
If we utilized a few of their local rigid airships for continually
migrating ourselves into the nighttime season of Venus is obviously
that much better off. Fortunately, once having been situated upon Venus
there's no shortage of green/renewable energy that's squeaky clean and
as I said, it's virtually unlimited.

As for toughing it out upon Earth, with the exception of our having to
avoid the SAA that's down to the deck as covering 100e6 km2, and at
times sharing a TBI average of 100 mr/m2/day;
Since our rotation is way too quick as for keeping yourself within
nighttime, by day we can always stay inside of sufficiently shielded
structures or go underground, whereas there's perhaps 5% of this globe
that can be revised as viable for accommodating large numbers of folks
(perhaps at best 10% of humanity) as situated safely underground and,
as long as our oceans of what has become mostly O2-starved and thus
jellyfish plugged worth of dead zones (jellyfish remaining a viable
form of life but otherwise not another diatom in sight) haven't boiled
off, there's always submarine life to behold.
