That is good thinking and in
view of the situation must be done now. I just hope right wing
religious ideas of a decent burial is not used. One child saved is
better than a million people buried according to the rites of their
church. Bert



They don't bury people in the ground in those parts anyway. There's
too much water under ground. They just put the casket inside a
concrete encasement and leave it above ground.

So all of those dire predictions of coffins floatin' through the French
Quarter were poorly informed ?

I don't know, but I suppose they could more easily be broken out of
those concrete casements, than to come up from six feet under.
