XEPHEM seems to provide that (WinJunk? and Linux), and perhaps also
KSTARS (linux only). Both free, but XEPHEM cost $US60 for full
version, the basic free version includes Mars real time view.
STELLARIUM does not appear to provide this.

I have Project Pluto's GUIDE, a great item. I think this provides it as
well but am uncertain as I hardly ever use it since I hardly ever boot
into WinJunk anymore (you can tell I'm biased). However, some manage
to run this in Linux sucessfully - I did at one time. Price reasonable
for this great product.
