Nonsense. Because this "ISA" is a gag (a joke) and, as a result,
your exclusive leadership (USA) is not threatened. Only when the World
Space Agency will be a serious organization then you will think that
the smart Froggies (like me, not you) are involved. But this time you
can think that your CIA is happy with this pseudo-ISA, Washingtown, D.C.
