I think you have your head shoved up McCarthy's arse. If Celestron had

They haven't said much about Canada now producing more cars
for American companies than America.

What really hurts is seeing China beat Americans at their own
"capitalist" game and nothing can be done about--can't even invade 'em.
Anybody who feels guilty about buying from China/Synta is really quite
an idiot and should get their head out of Rich's ass.

Spoken like a true "Walmart Man." Right hand to left
breast, lets SING the Walmart anthem!!!!!

If all China produced goods were suddenly stopped at USA Customs and
turned back, US commerce would grind to a halt, as many US manufacturers
produce much of their products in China/Taiwan/Phillipines/Malaysia,
etc. It's called globalization and competition, and it's been happening
for a long time. WalMart just sells the goods, as do Target, KMart,
Sears, Macy's and many other retailers.

If American manufacturers can make optical goods that perform better,
but cost about the same as or less than the Synta optics, then they'll
have little to worry about from Synta. Otherwise...

I love how people are so cavlier about this, as if THEIR own jobs
will never be threatened by competition from a vastly lower-paid
Indian or Chinese workforce.
