Indeed. The one I've ordered is a 000-42 in sunburst. A bit on the
spendy side but I've wanted one for a long time.

I had a prof who was a Martin player and in his exams he always had a
"Buck's Trivia" question and in one he asked Where are Martin Guitars made.
Not knowing Pa I answered "the Martin Guitar Factory". I was just going for
the cheap laugh.


Nazareth, PA, since the early 19th century. New York City for couple
decades before that, beginning in 1833. And C.F. Martin (the 1st)
worked for a good deal of time as an apprentice and shop master for
another builder named Stauffer in Europe before that. For more Martin
