Gotta wonder if that one should count since she was not a part of the
astronaut office in the interim.

(If you *do* count her, I suspect there may be some ESA astros who
originally trained as Alternate Payload Specialists who would then also
qualify.)

Pamela Melroy - 2.50 years

You might want to double-check that one - ISTR Melroy waited longer than
that.
