Well a few weeks ago Double-A asked me how old my wife was?. I felt that

well. Telling the universes age has to go with how much it expanded

behavior of "Cepheid variables. What they showed was the universe could
be younger than 10 billion years old(sounds like those girls that lie
and end up with mothers 5 years old) I relate that to "white Dwarf stars
that are as old as 15 billion years,and some Globular clusters much old
still. Mother nature"s age has to be her best held secret. I
know she does not like my saying "The universe our solar system is
immersed in had a big bang that took place 22 billion years ago

Bert, I liken today's cosmologist on Earth to the carnival side-show
age-guesser.
Of course, some of those "carnys" are pretty good at telling ages! gg
