Hang in there Phil. SAA goes through cycles and so far has always recovered.
We may reach the point where we don't, like SA went down the tubes. But so
far we recover.

Keep posting questions and as you grow, start posting answers. That's the
biggest thing that helps this group recover.

As a 'Rank Newbie' I'm very close to doing just that!!
I joined to learn about Astronomy, not American politics,
Theo/Politico/Philosophy, Economics or Psychiatry (A lot of nuts seems
to live here)

I notice though that for the most part, when a question on Astronomy is
raised it is answered by certain ones who are interested in and know
astronomy.
When the other rubbish is broadcast the responders seem to be a
different group.

Maybe if I ignore this NG and send my queries direct to those who have
proved willing to assist in Astronomy, I can by-pass the rubbish!!
But that defeats the "stated" purpose of this NG
Ah well!!!!!
