Quick plug - I found a copy sitting on the shelf, much to my mild
astonishment, in Foyles in London. Reasonably interesting selection of
other stuff, but I was surprised to see Jenkins...

I've been in Foyles and it's the one place I wouldn't be surprised to
see any book. They'll probably have a copy of Ken's book next month.
