INTERPRETATION OF NEW QUANTUM MECHANICS
THE FUNDAMENTAL EQUATION OF QUANTUM MECHANICS

The modified first law of thermodynamics states
that the total energy of the universe is a constant
and that the kinetic and potential energies of a mass
m are relative to the rest of the universe M-m.
It is this modified version of the law that explains the
previously unresolved interpretation of quantum
mechanics. This view of the universe explains :
1. All quantum particles exist only relative to the
rest of the universe. Their kinetic and potential
energies are relative to the center of mass energy
density of the rest of the universe.
2. All orbital masses m that are in equilibrium , at
constant total energy, have kinetic energy that is
equal to their negative potnetial energy relative to the
rest of the universe M-m. All of the planets and moons
of the solar system comply with this rule, because,
the total energy of the expanding universe is a constant.
m(2 pi L)^2/t^2 + G(M-m)m/L + e(2 pi L)^2/t^2 +
e^2/4 Pi E-oL = A constant M.
Kinetic and potnetial energies exist only
relative to the rest of the universe.
3. It is the nonlocality or universiality of all masses
that explains the unusual qualities of quantum
mechanics.
4, In the deBroglie-Bohm theory, Bohm presented
quantum potential as a new kind of force.
It is obvious from the modified first law of thermo.
that it is not the quantum potential force but the
quantum potential energy that keeps the planets
and moons in their orbits and provides the basis
for nonlocality in quantum mechanics.
5. Superlluminal, instantaneous influences,
superposition,coherence , decoherebce,
entanglement,and measurement problems, are the
result of the nonlocality of the quantum particle.
6. Instantaneous reaction of the potentiaal energy of
the entire universe with a change of kinetic energy
of a particle requires no transfer of energy at the
speed of light. The change of potential energy is
the change of the entire universe M-m relative to
the kinetic energy change of the particle m
7. This Goodrich concept of mass energy
space time of the modified first law of
thermodynamics gives a clear picture of the
deBroglie-Bohm theory of quantum mechanics,
Instantaneous directional, nonlocal potential
and kinetic energies are the nature of the expanding
universe..
8. Every particle that is in an equilibrium state
of constant total energy in the expanding universe,
consistant with the first law of thermodynamics
has an equal kinetic and negative potential energy
relative to the rest of the universe.
9. Only a meaqsurement establishes the coordinate
system, the frame of reference, the quantum
particle and the quantum universe consistant with
the modified first law of thermodynamics.
