One of the best ways of doing this would be to use the Sky and its
mosaic feature. It allows you to specifiy the area of the CCD
chip/photo and the % overlap. It then drives the scope to the right
spot and allows you to take an image and then move on.. A totally
automated mosaic is a bit more difficult but can be done by the
Sky/CCDSoft/Ochestrate.
