Shame you only posted it now for tonight Mark, I've already booked to do
something else... and I'm up at 05:00 for work in the morning...

I had tried to post it several times, but it would appear that there was
(is?) a problem with my caching news-server. In the end, I posted it
direct just as I was heading off to bed.

Anyhow - Nick, can you please email me directly (replace spam with mark
dot allott for a valid mail address), as I may have some information you
might find interesting. Whenever I try to send to your email address, it
keeps bouncing (even though I follow the instructions on your website).
