No, but the Fuji film canister has a built-in gadget for centring the
hole. It's called a dimple. Just push the dimple from the "other side"
with a biro or something, as though to try to turn it into a nipple. The
appropriate bit of plastic usually dissociates itself from the remainder
of the can (or lid), usually very neatly.
Be careful if you do it for someone else, though -- it took Frey the
best part of a year to stop whinging that I'd ruined his focuser dust
plug.
