FOX News- whether they are "fair and balanced," the Fox News Team is
quite a group of self-promoting, arrogant, over-the top news reporters.
This is not uncommon standards by any means. Furthermore, the only
thing separating them from other cable network news channels is their
slew of the most creepiest individuals in journalism. The American
Press is not free: it is a slave playing its role in a tight fitted
crawlspace of a sadistic tragedy. Journalists like Geraldo Rivera and
Bill O'Rielly have for years molested a considerable part of the
English speaking world by trying to enlighten the American public with
their never-ending partisan lamentations and cheap thrills of
investigative journalism (remember Bill on Inside Edition?). It's the
news abused! If you watch these hunyucks long enough, you will notice
how they dance in the grey areas of ethics with gestures of graceful
interruptions of their patsies and over-presentation of one-sided,
sterile viewpoints. It is questionable if they have ever looked at a
teleprompter or reported the news without a personal comment.
Here's a mystery: The internet is flooded with more fashionably
designed descriptions of Bill O'Rielly than any other man (for example:
www.oreilly-sucks.com/). It should be noted that this Irish goofball
may well be the most hated man on the internet. If not, the most
cursed. If you read the bloggers and the news forums, it may also be
possible no other man has been called so many names. However, his
television and news/radio ratings are robust and his books are
successfully sold including a best selling children's book. Well, that
is according to Bill. Whatever could possibly hold truth to this matter
is either Bill is not being honest, or Americans are fascinated by the
audacity of FOX as they counterfeit the news with each new day. It is
a highway robbery!
"nearly everyday, there's something written on the Internet about me
that's flat out untrue. The reason these net people get away with all
kinds of stuff is that they work for no one. They put stuff up with no
restraints. This, of course, is dangerous."
-Bill O'Reilly In June of 2003.
This is not about bipartisan politics. If there were no cable news
channels to stir politicians, the Senate and the House could be kickin'
it back, and keep'in it real. What is being broadcasted among the
American population is harmful. This is not about conservatism nor
liberalism. This is about a 24/7 persuasion session. It's like taking
the political spectrum and bending it into a circle where the uber-ends
are forced to connect. Hittler was a good example: his liberal
concepts managed to save Germany after WWI. However, this can not go
without saying that his right-wing extremist views were responsible for
the Holocaust and other atrocities throughout Europe.
The point is that these guys running Fox have some sort of Agenda.
It's not about being conservative, it's about reaching out to people
and convincing them to think otherwise. What Abe Lincoln would say
about his Republican Party if he watched and hour of Fox News?
Here's my comment: I have to admit that Bill and the boys at FOX do not
make me cringe. They never have. I catch myself watching FOX all the
time. I'm usually watching on the edge of my seat as I shake my head
out of a subliminal state of denial that American institutions such as
our educational system and corporate America have failed, allowing
Journalism to corrupt. But who's to blame since today it seems more
than ever that as Americans, we have been raised with a lesser
obligation to provide ourselves as a country and never accept
responsibility for failure under any circumstances. So what do we do?
We carry on with our lives so silently while Government slowly overtime
fails to deliver us its functions and eventually we will no longer
worry about bi-partisan politics because the new threat in Washington
and in our communities will be the Liberty-Striping Party. By then, it
will all be too late. But don't worry! It's not the end of the world:
Just our liberties!
If journalists such as Bill O'Reilly were to establish political power,
we would be looking at serious coniquences. But don't worry; according
to Vegas odds-makers, they got him 780:1 running in the next election.
