MIN'S COMMENTS: Very unusual horoscope with Sagittarian ascendant
sufficiently elevated in the sixth house of night in angle Neptune
sojourn well-more than an hour past midheaven. This encourages me
to re-think the angle of the souljourn vs. the meridian horoscope,
that the Zenith FROM the planet of the departed soul's incarnation
does verily follow the Ascendant--even to its perpendicular aspect
to the local ascendant of the aforesaid's incarnation to the Earth,
the very end of which is the 90* perpendicularity and nothing more.

This has no affect upon the horoscope which is strictly meridian,
but does help us immensely to determine ones planetary souljourn,
particularly in cases like Dylan's where that planet is past the
midheaven yet is acquiring square--cf. local zenith--to a soul's
incoming bodily acquisition. Thanks to Bob Dylan, I've learned an-
other very valuable lesson in judicial astrology. The discerning
reader may adjudge this lesson, and apply this to your astrology.
