I soaked today for over an hour, that whole foot is swelled up, so I have to
be carefull with it now.

Sky looks nice and clear, not sure if I'll go up tonight or not, will see
what I'm like after I make my beef stew this afternoon.

For the heel cracks: Wipe your feet liberally with some sort of ointment
like coconut foot softener, etc, or even just vaseline. Then put plastic
bags over your feet, followed by socks. Wear the socks and plastic bags
24 hours a day for a few days, occasionally adding more ointment. The
cracks will heal quickly.
