vast political movement to "do something about it", based on some

anthropogenic CO2 emmissions.

Attempting to regulate the climate by regulating the amount of
man-made greenhouse gasses released into the atmosphere is highly

I diddn't read the details.
It is fundamentally possible to regulate insolation to earth.
However, it's probably going to be cheaper to replace fossil fueled power
stations with nuclear ones.
