The current (public) assembly sequence and flight manifest is shown at
http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/shuttle/future/index.html

This shows only about 25 STS flights.


Maybe the 38 includes Russian Progress, ESA ATV and JAXA HTV resupply
flights.
