Wrong.

France - pumped 27,000 barrels of crude per day in 2002.

Germany - pumped 69,000 barrels of crude per day in 2002.

Japan - pumped 6,000 barrels of crude per day in 2002.

I'm not sure what they pumped all that crude oil out of if there are
zero oil wells amongst them, as you have stated.

Enough to yield 6,000, 27,000 and 69,000 barrels per day
respectively. What's your point?
