By "use with a different name" I think what is meant is that they have a unique
email address. Most ISPs let you have multiple mailboxes. What you mean (I
hope!) is that you check for duplicate email addresses, not ISPs. Otherwise,
when one person with AOL or Earthlink screws up, you would delete the accounts
of everyone using those ISPs. I don't think that's what you meant.
