Heh heh, where would the positive vorticity come from? Cyclones and
anticyclones form on a rotating planet. Cyclones spin in tandem with the
spin of the Earth, and thereby gain energy. The resulting rising air, a
consequence of this surplus energy, leaves lower pressure at the surface.

Using Polaris as a reference, our solar system and our star continue
counterclockwise, while our galaxy rotates clockwise. But many galaxies
rotate in the opposite direction, as initially, very slight momenta took
over, back when their central black hole started organizing its future
stellar source material.
