Default Saturn makes a sharp left turn...

Looking at the simulated views of Saturn at

http://saturn.jpl.nasa.gov/operation...t-position.cfm

I noticed in the first view (upper-left image) the orbit of Saturn seems
to have a strange kink in it, after which it looks to run parallel to
a satellite orbit, possibly Phoebe's. Is that just an illusion caused by
this particular perspective or is it perhaps a bug in their software?

JPL has been informed of this apparent aberration but no reply has been
received. It's a conspiracy! No, only joking...

You'll need to bump-up the gamma to see the orbits clearly; it looks
like images aren't gamma-corrected at all and will look dark on most
monitors.

Great renderings anyway.

John.
